What are the privileges offered?

Currently, the Aviva Privilege Card offers exclusive privileges at selected National Healthcare Group institutions such as for:

Health screenings at the Health for Life centres
Podiatry services at the Singapore Footcare Centre
Dietician counseling
Workshops for caregivers on basic care management skills by Care Management Centre
Homecare equipment and products from NHG Pharmacy outlets


The card also entitles you to specially packaged physiotherapy sessions.

How can I get a privilege card?

The Aviva Privilege Card is given to all MyCare policyholders automatically. You will receive the card along with your policy documents, within 7 working days upon approval of your MyCare application.

Do I need to pay a membership fee to receive the Aviva Privilege Card?

No, the Aviva Privilege Card is given free of charge to all MyCare policyholders.

Can my family members and/or friends enjoy the privileges and benefits?

Yes, the Aviva Privilege Card is transferable. To enjoy the privileges and benefits, you will need to present the card prior to payment.

How long is the Aviva Privilege Card valid for?

There is no expiry date. The privileges and benefits are ongoing, subject to periodic review. The full list of merchants and privileges will be updated here.

Aviva Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel a portion of or the entire privilege programme without prior notice.

What should I do if I lose or damage my Aviva Privilege Card?

Please call 6827 7788 or drop an email to cs_life@aviva-asia.com. Replacement of cards is subject to the payment of an administrative fee of $10.00 per card.

What are the terms and conditions governing the use of the Aviva Privilege Card?

The terms and conditions are as follows:

The Aviva Privilege Card entitles the member to privileges and benefits outlined here.
The Aviva Privilege Card must be presented on day of appointment and prior to payment.
Privileges are not valid with any other promotional offers and/or discounts.
All prices quoted are subjected to prevailing GST.
For physiotherapy sessions, prices quoted do not include the usage or purchase of certain exercise equipment as may be required of the therapy session. Referral from a General Practitioner (GP) is required before physiotherapy services can be rendered.
The Aviva Privilege Card does not guarantee availability of service(s). Where applicable, appointments/reservations must be made in advance, quoting "Aviva policyholder" when making appointments/reservations.
The Aviva Privilege Card is the property of Aviva Ltd and shall be returned upon request.
Replacement cards due to loss or damage is subject to an administrative fee of $10.00 per card.
Aviva Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel a portion of or the entire privilege programme without prior notice. Terms and conditions may change without prior notice or liability or assigning any reason at Aviva Ltd's absolute discretion.
